Maximum size for the various media message types which a business can receive on WhatsApp?

E Ocean WhatsApp API supports sending and receiving media messages with WhatsApp users. Please note that a WhatsApp media message can only contain one media attachment. Any Any additional attachments will be ignored.

WhatsApp supports the following limits per media type:

Images: 5MB

Documents: 100MB

Audio: 16MB

Sticker: 100KB

Video: 16MB
